アカウント・データ削除リクエスト

1. アプリ内でのアカウント削除（推奨）

本アプリの「世界ランキング」機能で作成した Firebase アカウント（匿名認証 / Apple サインイン / Google サインイン）と関連データは、アプリ内からご自身でいつでも完全に削除できます。

1. アプリを起動し、ホーム画面の「世界ランキング」を開きます。
2. 画面下部の「アカウント連携」ボタンをタップします。
3. 画面下部の 「アカウントを削除」 をタップし、確認ダイアログで「削除する」を選択します。
4. アカウントと関連データ（ニックネーム・スコア・勝利報酬記録・認証情報）が直ちに削除されます。この操作は取り消せません。

1-2. メールでの削除リクエスト（アプリを利用できない場合）

端末を手放した等でアプリから操作できない場合は、メールでも削除をリクエストできます。

1. 件名を 「アカウント削除リクエスト - 煉獄」 として、下記メールアドレス宛にメールを送信してください。
2. 本文に以下の情報を含めてください:
   • アプリ内で設定したニックネーム
   • 連携している場合: Apple ID / Google アカウントのメールアドレス（Apple は private relay の場合あり）
   • 削除希望日（任意）
3. 30日以内に処理完了の連絡をお送りします。

2. 削除されるデータ

リクエスト受領後、以下のデータが Google Cloud Firestore および Firebase Authentication から削除されます。

• Firebase 認証 UID（匿名認証 ID または連携プロバイダ ID）
• ニックネーム（プレイヤープロファイル）
• 世界ランキングのスコア記録（ハイスコア / 勝利回数 / 最高連勝 / 単発勝利報酬最高、全モード × 全期間）
• Apple / Google アカウントとの連携情報（連携している場合）
• 登録メールアドレス（Google サインイン時のみ収集）

3. 保持されるデータ・保持期間

以下のデータは法令対応・不正防止・サポート品質向上のため一定期間保持される場合があります。

• 削除リクエスト自体のメール記録: 削除完了から 90日
• 購入履歴（App Store / Google Play 側で管理）: ストア側のポリシーに従う（当社が直接保持することはありません）

上記以外のすべてのアプリ関連データは削除リクエスト処理時に完全削除されます。

4. アカウント削除を伴わないデータ削除

アカウントは残したままスコア・ニックネームのみリセットしたい場合も、上記と同じメールアドレスにリクエストしてください。件名を 「データ削除リクエスト - 煉獄」 とし、削除したい項目を明記してください。

5. ローカルデータの削除

端末に保存されているローカルデータ（魂銭ウォレット残高、購入アイテム、プレイ履歴等）は、アプリをアンインストールすることでいつでも自分で削除できます。Firebase 側のランキング記録は影響を受けません。

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Firebase account (anonymous or linked with Apple/Google) and all related data created via the "World Rankings" feature of RENGOKU. Follow the steps below:

1. Send an email with subject "Account Deletion Request - RENGOKU" to the address below.
2. Include the following in the body:
   • Your in-app nickname
   • (If linked) Your Google / Apple account email address
   • Preferred deletion date (optional)
3. We will confirm completion within 30 days.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

• Firebase Authentication UID (anonymous or linked provider ID)
• Nickname (player profile)
• World ranking scores (high score / total wins / best win streak / best single reward, across all modes and periods)
• Apple / Google account link information (if linked)
• Registered email address (only collected when signing in with Google)

3. Retained Data & Retention Period

The following may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, and support quality:

• The deletion request email itself: up to 90 days after completion
• Purchase history (managed by App Store / Google Play): subject to the store's policy (we do not retain this directly)

All other app-related data is fully deleted upon processing the request.

4. Partial Data Deletion (Without Account Deletion)

If you want to reset scores/nickname without deleting the account, send a request to the same email with subject "Data Deletion Request - RENGOKU" and specify what to delete.

5. Local Data Deletion

Local data on your device (soul wallet balance, purchased items, play history, etc.) can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app. Firebase ranking records are not affected by uninstall.
